Delivery Times / Plant Quality:

  • We use an outside delivery service (The Courier Guy / Pudo)
  • We have a range of measures to ensure plant survival and quality, but the process is out of our hands when we hand over to the courier
  • We do not insure products during delivery to reduce price as much as possible
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved with ordering plants online
  • We try to have orders delivered 24-48 hours after posting as much as possible. For this reason, we pack and ship on Monday mornings exclusively. We find that posting on other days increases transit times, which is not good for the plants
  • All orders placed during the week will be packed and shipped the next Monday
  • Orders are sent directly to your door to reduce transit time further

Delivery exclusive to South Africa

  • Minimum order: 20 plants
  • Maximum order: 360 plants
  • Bigger orders must be separated into multiple orders
  • This is to ensure the best plant survival/quality possible

Shipping rates:

Shipping fee for 20 plants = R76
Shipping fee for 21-40 plants = R95
Shipping fee for 41-80 plants = R128
Shipping fee for 81-240 plants = R193
Shipping fee for 241-360 plants = R257
